Former Juventus star Ruben Olivera will be out of this weekend’s vital match against Tacuarembó. A muscle strain forced aurinegro coach Mario Saralegui to rest his talisman in order to prevent any type of exacerbation to the injury and to have him ready for the final week of the season.

Olivera was coming off a dream performance against arch-rivals Nacional in the Uruguayan Superclásico. His two goals were vital in Peñarol’s 4-2 win that helped them keep pace with River Plate.
