Uruguay Drops To 28th

La Celeste fell one spot in the monthly FIFA ranking. After drawing with Chile at home and losing to Brazil in the last two rounds of the 2010 World Qualifiers, they lost their place to Serbia.

Argentina finished the year in the top spot despite their loss to Colombia in November followed by Brazil and reigning world champs Italy.
